FEMA, the Federal Alliance for Safe Homes (FLASH), and partners cordially invite LPI members and their associates to attend the Indiana Ready Business Power Outage Workshop on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at the Newton County Government Center in Morocco, Indiana.

The free workshop will provide an overview of the ReadyBusiness Power Outage Toolkit. The toolkit features streamlined business continuity planning and mitigation project plans with simple, step-by-step tools to help reduce risk and protect employees, customers, and the community where you do business.
The workshop will take place from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Agenda topics include:
* Experts to explain power outage risks specific to Northwest Indiana
* Information regarding large-scale power outage response tactics
* Preparedness actions for before, during, and after a power outage
* Materials and helpful links to additional resources
This is an opportunity for LPI members to connect and network with more than 100 businesses and prevention-minded organizations who already enjoy the benefits of the ReadyBusiness Program.
